Payments From a Bank Account

To make a payment from your bank account, simply click on “Pay Your Utility Bill Now”, enter your utility account number, bank account & routing number and the amount you want to pay.

If this is your first time logging in, please enter your 4-digit account number for the username, leave the password section blank, and click sign in. You will then be able to set up your account.

Payments made online will post the following business day. If making a payment on the due date, please call City Hall to let us know.

You can click on this screen every time you want to make a payment. This option will only withdraw money from your account when you initiate the transaction. Please allow 5 days for payment to get posted to your account. Do not use this option if you are trying to avoid disconnection. If you received a shut-off notice or a pink door card. You must make your payment at City Hall.
