Payments with Credit or Debit Card
City of Buchanan now accepts credit and debit card payments through BS&A. Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or prepaid debit card, including:

To make a payment, you will need the following:
- Payment Amount
- Name of person for whom payment is being paid
- 15 Digit Property Tax I.D. Number (Always starts with 11-58) for Tax Payments
- Utility Bill Account Number (example Redn-000302-0000-01)
Payments made online will post the following business day. If making a payment on the due date, please call City Hall to let us know.
