Request for Proposals - Victory Park Pavilion Project

The bid for the Victory Park Pavilion Project is out. Wightman has the link to the bid posted to their website and has sent it to their list of contractors.

Contractors or viewers of the bid need to register with user ID and password to be able to download bid.

The City of Buchanan will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Victory Park Pavilion Project until 4:00 pm, local time on the 21st day of July, 2023, at City Hall, 302 Red Bud Trail N, Buchanan, MI 49107 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be reviewed publicly by the Buchanan City Commission during their next regularly scheduled City Commission meeting following the public bid opening—which would start at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 24th, 2023, and would be held in the Commissioner’s Chambers at Buchanan City Hall. Three (3) copies of the proposal documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope:
