Public Notice- Nominating Petitions to qualify as a candidate for Buchanan City Commissioner

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOMINATING PETITIONS to qualify as a Candidate for Buchanan City Commissioner are available from the Buchanan City Clerk at City Hall, 302 N Redbud Trail, Buchanan, Michigan. Two (2) seats for a four (4) year term on the City Commission will be voted on during the General Election, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The last day to file Nominating Petitions in the City Clerk’s Office is Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. local time. Nominating Petitions shall contain not less than 6 or more than 20 signatures of qualified registered electors in the City.
