Public Notice Establishment of Early Voting

PUBLIC NOTICE 

ESTABLISHMENT OF EARLY VOTING SITE 

To all qualified electors in Baroda Township, Berrien Township, Bertrand Charter Township, Bridgman City, Buchanan Charter Township, Buchanan City, Chikaming Township, Galien Township, Lake Charter Township, New Buffalo City, New Buffalo Township, Niles Charter Township, Niles City, Oronoko Charter Township, Three Oaks Township, and Weesaw Township.

Notice is hereby given by resolution of the above-named municipalities and Berrien County, and under authority granted in Public Act 81 of 2023, that the location of the early voting site for all federal and statewide election dates will be following (listed below). A site may also serve as an early voting site for additional election dates if approved by Berrien County and the above-named municipalities. 

Early voting site: Berrien County South County Building, 1205 North Front St, Niles, MI 49120

All qualified electors in the above-named municipalities have the right to mark a ballot and deposit the ballot in a tabulator beginning the second Saturday before an election and ending the Sunday before an election that may be designated. Early voting will be available at the early voting site for the following hours.
