PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF BUCHANAN, BERRIEN, COUNTY, MICHIGAN

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test for the electronic equipment that will be used for the February 27^th, 2024, Presidential Primary Election has been scheduled for Monday, February 5^th, 2024, at 9:30 AM at City Hall in the Chamber Room located at 302 N Redbud Trail, Buchanan, MI 49107

The public accuracy test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer programming used to tabulate the votes cast at the Election meets the requirements of Michigan Election Law.
