New Hours at City Hall
Beginning May 16th, Buchanan City Hall’s lobby hours will be 9am-4pm Monday thru Thursday, and 9am-1pm on Friday’s.
This change in hours will provide City Hall Staff necessary time at the beginning and end of the day to complete necessary administrative duties, including maintenance of accounts and manual entries of payments; and it will also allow for trainings, staff meetings, system maintenance, and comprehensive account reviews to take place on Fridays, without the need for overtime hours.
City Hall Staff will continue be accessible by phone at 269-695-3844 from the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday thru Friday.
Additionally, tax and/or utility payments can always be made at any time either online, by mail, or at our secure drop box, which is located in the City Hall parking lot. Thank you for your patience and understanding, as we continue to strategize new ways to improve efficiencies and reduce unnecessary expenditures in an effort to reduce overall costs.
