Public Hearing Notice - Possible Sale of City Owned Property

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Commission of the City of Buchanan, Berrien County, State of Michigan will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13^th 2023 at Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan, Michigan. The public hearing is being held pursuant to Section 8.7 of the City Charter for the purpose of the City Commission considering, accepting public comment on, and deciding upon the possible sale of the City real property located at 107 W. Front St. Buchanan, MI 49107, Ross Sanders House. At the hearing, all interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard.

If you cannot attend the public hearing, written comments can be sent to Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan, Michigan 49107 or emailed to City Clerk Kalla Langston at Clerk@cityofbuchanan.com and must be received by noon on Monday, February 27, 2023.
