PURPOSE: Consider entering a closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268 Sec.8(h) to discuss legal memos pertaining to the following attorney-client privilege matters: Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber, a contractual matter.

This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
