Notice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period

City Commission of the City of Buchanan Special Meeting to be held 

Monday, March 28, 2022 at 7pm

The purpose of the comment period and public earing is to invite and hear comments on the approval of an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation (OPRA) Exemption Certificate for Claremont Stark LLC, 502 Claremont St., Buchanan, MI 49107. At the hearing, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
