on Establishing an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation (OPRA) District
for Claremont Stark LLC, 502 Claremont St, Buchanan, MI, 49107

The Buchanan City Commission will hold a public comment period ending with a public hearing at 7:00pm on February 14, 2022 at Buchanan City Hall, 302 N Redbud Trail, Buchanan, Michigan 49107.

The Purpose of the comment period and public hearing is to invite and hear comments on establishing an Obsolete Property Rehabilitation (OPRA) District for Claremont Stark LLC, 502 Claremont St, Buchanan MI 49107. At the hearing, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. 

If you cannot attend the public hearing, written comments can be sent to Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan, MI, 49107 or to Community Development Director Richard Murphy either by delivery to Buchanan City Hall, or via email to rmurphy@cityofbuchanan.com and must be recieved by noon on Monday, February 14, 2022.
