NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF BUCHANAN

City Commission  

 

 

A Public Hearing has been set for July 10th at 5:00 p.m 7:00p.m. at Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan, Michigan 49107. The purpose of this public hearing is to hear a four-item complaint filed against Commissioner Vigansky, alleging violations of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, and the Code of Conduct and Ethics Sections 2-133(j), 2-134(2) and Sections 2-137 and 2-138. At the above time and place, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard before the City Commission. Parties seeking visual or audio accommodation may contact Clerk Kalla Langston at (269) 695-3844, preferably with as much advance notice as possible, so that suitable arrangements can be made to help provide needed accommodation.
