City of Buchanan Utility Customers - message from the City Manager
For the current utility billing cycle, we have been made aware that the bills mailed out contained erroneous usage information including a Past Due charge.
The City is in the process of identifying those affected billings and taking corrective action. Each and every bill will be reviewed, reprocessed and re-mailed. In addition, no customer will be assessed a Past Due charge relating to this incident.
