Environmental Compliance Supervisor
The City of Buchanan is seeking an Environmental Compliance Supervisor for its Wastewater Treatment Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a State of Michigan Wastewater License Class D or higher with college level educational background and/or significant work experience in chemistry, biology and math. Previous experience with laboratory analysis and an associate degree or higher would also be desired. This position performs tasks in laboratory analysis, permit compliance, stormwater management and Industrial Pretreatment Program duties.
Salary Range $55-60K dependent upon qualifications. The City offers a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; a defined benefit pension program; vacation, sick and personal leave and paid holidays.
